Caring for Your Mazadogwear Pieces

Each Mazadogwear product is handcrafted from various high-quality materials. To ensure longevity, treat them like your favorite garments: hand wash and dry flat. Please avoid using the dryer on any of our items.

Our jackets feature sturdy metal studs for easy wear and long-lasting durability. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to give us your feedback—we’re always open to improving our designs.

Shipping

Every Mazadogwear piece is handmade with care in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Orders ship within 5 working days, often sooner. Shipping timelines will vary depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! If your Mazadogwear purchase isn’t the perfect fit, we’ll gladly exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and unaltered.

For returns, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back, while we cover the cost to ship the new item to you. Simply contact us at support@mazadogwear.com to arrange an exchange.

Note: We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as Mazadogwear is not liable for lost packages.

Warranty

Each Mazadogwear item is handmade. Slight variations in design should be expected and embraced as part of the uniqueness of each piece. However, hardware failures are covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. For any issues, reach out to us at support@mazadogwear.com.
